If BOLYGA makes an unfavorable judgment on the applicant's application and the corresponding consequences arise due to incomplete or erroneous information provided by the applicant.(If the application is not approved or the applicant needs to supplement relevant materials, etc.), the applicant shall bear the responsibility;

Article 1 Trade secrets
1. The BOLYGA commercial secrets involved in the cooperation between BOLYGA and authorized experience stores/specialty stores are not known to the public. They can bring economic benefits to BOLYGA, are practical and technical information and business information that BOLYGA has taken confidential measures, including but not limited to: Technical plans, engineering designs, circuit designs, manufacturing methods, formulas, process flows, technical specifications, computer software, databases, research and development records, technical reports, test reports, experimental data, test results, drawings, samples, prototypes, models, molds, operating manuals, technical documents, and related correspondence and telegrams involving BOLYGA's trade secrets, etc.
2. Other trade secret information involved in the cooperation between the two parties, including but not limited to: detailed information such as BOLYGA's customer names, customer addresses and contact information, demand information, marketing plans, procurement materials, pricing policies, purchase channels, production and marketing strategies, activity plans, project team personnel composition, expense budgets, profits and undisclosed financial information, etc.

Article 2 Sources of trade secrets

1. The authorized experience store/specialty store shall abide by the provisions on trade secret preservation in the cooperation agreement and other agreements signed between the authorized experience store/specialty store and BOLYGA.
2. Authorize the experience store/specialty store to abide by the relevant regulations and legal statements on keeping trade secrets published on BOLYGA's official website (http://www.bolyga.com/), and perform confidentiality duties and obligations corresponding to BOLYGA's cooperation obligations.
3. The provisions on trade secrets and confidentiality in the cooperation agreement announced by BOLYGA or signed with the authorized experience store/specialty store are imperfect and unclear. The authorized experience store/specialty store should adopt a prudent and honest attitude. Take necessary and reasonable measures to safeguard any technical and operating information that they know or hold during their cooperation with BOLYGA or that belongs to a third party but that BOLYGA promises to have confidentiality obligations.
4. 8. Article 4 Exceptions to trade secret protection
BOLYGA agrees that the above terms do not apply to the following circumstances:

Article 5 Return of trade secret-related materials.No matter under any circumstances when the authorized experience store/specialty store receives a written request from BOLYGA, the authorized experience store/specialty store shall return all trade secret materials and documents, electronic documents, etc., the media containing the trade secret materials and all copies or summary documents. Article 6 Responsibilities for authorized experience stores/specialty stores to leak information

If the authorized experience store/specialty store fails to fulfill the confidentiality obligations stipulated in Article 3 of this Legal Statement on Preservation of Trade Secrets, BOLYGA has the right to demand that the authorized experience store/specialty store pay liquidated damages; if losses are caused to BOLYGA, BOLYGA has the right to demand that the authorized experience store/specialty store compensate for the losses.
2. The compensation for losses referred to in paragraph 1 (2) of this article includes:
(1) The amount of damages is the actual economic losses suffered by BOLYGA due to the breach of confidentiality agreements and confidentiality statements by authorized experience stores/specialty stores.
(2) If BOLYGA's losses are difficult to calculate based on actual circumstances, the amount of compensation for the losses shall be paid to the authorized experience store/specialty store no less than the expenses incurred by BOLYGA in connection with the cooperation (including related services and other fees paid to the authorized experience store/specialty store).
(3) Reasonable expenses and rights protection fees paid by BOLYGA for investigating and authorizing experience stores/specialty stores for breach of contract and disclosure (including but not limited to investigation and evidence collection fees, litigation fees, attorney fees, and other expenses incurred by taking legal measures).
(4) Since the breach of contract and disclosure of the authorized experience store/specialty store violates BOLYGA's trade secret rights regarding the cooperation, BOLYGA may choose to authorize the experience store/specialty store to bear the liability for breach of contract in accordance with the requirements of this statement and the confidentiality agreement, and may authorize the experience store/specialty store to bear the tort liability in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations.
